PREREQUISITE: You must currently work in a supervisory position, managing peer staff to participate in this training.
This course provides supervisors with a basic overview of peer support, peer boundaries and expectations. Supervisors are given information regarding Peer competencies so they can understand how to properly utilize Peers in their workplace. Implementation of peer roles and the logistics of hiring and supervising peers are also discussed.
