Post Traumatic Growth: A Silver Lining? - Wilmington Workshop
Tue, Mar 26, 2019, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM EDT
Community Services Building, 100 W. 10th St, Wilmington, DE Map
Join Peer Services in March for a discussion on Post Traumatic Growth. Post Traumatic Growth is the theory that people learn and grow from traumatic experiences making their lives better than before the event. There have been many studies done on this phenomenon, with conflicting results. Is it real? Does it matter? What does it mean for Peers? We will take a look at the findings and you can decide for yourself!
