Welcome to the Peer Services training system!

ATTENDANCE POLICY:
By registering for a training opportunity with MHA Peer Training Services, you are making an important commitment to your professional development. Likewise, MHA Peer Training Services has made a commitment to meeting the high demand of training opportunities needed to support your development. This partnership in professional development is a shared responsibility. As such, one of your responsibilities is to register and participate in our trainings in a professional manner. The following registration and attendance policies applies to all MHA Peer training programs and are effective immediately. These policies ensure we use our limited resources to train Peer Recovery Specialists effectively in the skills needed to perform the duties required of their position. For the purposes of this policy, attendance is defined as participating in a program as designed, including arriving on time, and staying for all scheduled sessions in their entirety. If you do not register for a training, via MHA Peer Training Services’ online registration system, you may not attend. If you register for training and are unable to attend, you must “unregister” yourself, on the online registration system or contact MHA Peer Training Services, within 48 hours of the training date. Chronic cancellations (not canceling within 48 hours of a training or as a “no show” to a training two or more times in a one calendar year*) will result in all of your future registrations being moved to a wait list status. Emergencies will be evaluated on a case by case basis and may require documentation.
